Why Monitoring?

Monitoring is the cornerstone of IT services. As the enterprise infrastructure becomes larger, the difficulty of managing it increases as well. A strategically chosen monitoring system spells the difference between long-term success and failure. AMS was created from the ground-up, around the strategically planned monitoring concept. At the heart of an AMS-managed IT infrastructure is our own management and monitoring system, also called AMS. This system was created from the beginning, to address the shortcomings of existing monitoring packages that did not give the comprehensive view that the System Engineer needs to see.

Server Monitoring

AMS offers server monitoring plan which includes 24/7 outage response where we respond to service and server outages on your behalf. This plan is recommended for all web hosting servers that require maximum uptime achieved by 24/7 monitoring and outage response by our technicians.

Note that this service is already included in our Server Management plans. You do not have to buy both to achieve 24/7 monitoring and outage response.

Available for Linux, Windows and BSD servers.
